Lotus Healing: Doctors Update

Learn the real situation from medical professionals on a weekly basis and enjoy a free mediation on Lotus Healing.

We will be working materials from the Lotus Trilogy by Tarthang Tulku – Lotus Body, Lotus Language, Lotus Mind and begin to present a vision of how humans can more deeply embody wisdom and compassion. We will also be using a book on Caring, which brings compassion into our daily lives.

Ellen Barnett, MD, PhD is a family physician, recently retired from four decades of clinical practice. For the last 20 years she worked with Bob Dozor at the Integrative Medical Clinic in Santa Rosa Prior to medical school at Case Western University Ellen worked at USC medical school developing continuing education programs for practicing physicians.

35 years practicing Family Medicine

Richard Kingsland has been a student of Tarthang Rinpoche since 1970. He holds a PhD in Psychology from UC Davis (1981) and MD from University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He had a private practice in emergency medicine in the San Diego area for 15 years.
