How to keep a healthy body and mind with Lotus Healing.
This class, taught by two physicians and long term students of Tarthang Tulku, will focus on updates and advice on how to stay healthy in mind and body during this time of Covid, including notes on supplements and nutrition to maintain a healthy immune system, the importance of exercise and good sleep practices, as well as quotes and readings on caring and healing from the Lotus Healing series of books. Each hour will also include a short period of Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) or basic meditation practice. All are welcome.
