Beginning Meditation: Calm and Clear

Mondays, 7:00-8:30PM

 

This class will focus on quieting mind. Students will learn and practice meditations that encourage an inner quiet where thoughts  become less intrusive and body and mind relax.   With this relaxation, clarity of mind naturally unfolds, revealing alertness and insight. We will use breath awareness, Kum Nye gentle body movement, chanting, and visualization as tools for transformation, and as support for cultivating a daily meditation practice at home.
Instructors: Olivia Hurd and Suellen Ehnebuske. Cost $144. Open to all.
