Meditation Practice Intensive (MED501)
In this mini-retreat we will meet online to practice for three sessions over the course of a single day: 9:00 am – 10:30 am, 12:30 – 2 pm, and 3:30 – 5 pm. Sessions consist primarily of silent practice with minimal instruction.
Instructor: Pauline Yu. Cost: $30. Prerequisites: This intermediate-level program is designed for experienced meditators who have a regular practice or who have attended retreats before. Please register one week in advance, by December 12, in order to meet minimum registration for this program to run.
